I always love to try different breakfast smoothies. Other day when I was thinking about making breakfast smoothie, I saw this almond mysore pak in the fridge. An idea crossed my mind instead of using almond, sugar in the breakfast smoothie I thought using this mysore pak. It came out very nice. You can serve this as dessert by adding ice cream to it. I have tried both. Both options tasted delicious. If you are serving this as dessert pls. add 2 scoops of ice cream and serve chilled
Ingredients
Mysore pak/ any flavoured mysore pak – 2 (when break it should give 2.5 tablespoon)
Milk – 2.5 cups
Quick cooking oats – 3 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Method:
cook the oats with 1/2 cup of water in microwave or in direct flame. Let it cool down
Grind cooked oats with 1/2 cup of milk. Add broken mysore pak and grind again.
Add Rest of milk and run it again
Serve it chilled with pinch of cardamom powder
