sweet potato poriyal (Sarkarai Valli Kizhanku) Poriyal

I am pretty neutral to sweet potato. My 2nd son is not a big fan of sweet potato. We used to have boiled sweet potato with pinch of salt and have it along dinner if I do any simple light dish. But recently since my 1st son and husband all become neutral to it I almost stopped it. Last vacation to India my mother in law made poriyal out of it. I liked it. This week when I was doing weekly Vegetable shopping I saw this nice sweet potato. This is the first time I made Poriyal out of it. To my surprise my 2nd son also liked it ..
