Sweet Ragi Dosa – Inippu Ragi Dosa – Sweet Finger Millet Dosa – millet recipes

I love Ragi. Finger Millet and jaggery really goes well. When I visited  my friend she did this dosa for snack it was really good. She does know I like Ragi and Jaggery base snacks. I misplaced the recipe from her. So I did google I saw the recipe here. Looking at the ingredients I am pretty sure it will turn out good. I have used ghee to cook the dosa. but if you prefer to make it with oil pls. do so It is perfect for the kids too
Ingredients:


Ragi flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Jaggery – ½ cup, grated
Dry grated coconut – 1tbsp

Salt a pinch
Ghee / Oil for cooking



Method:


Heat jaggery with water and strain to remove impurities. Mix rest of the ingredients (except ghee / oil) in a bowl

Add Jaggery water and make it to smooth batter

Heat flat pan and pour laddle full of batter and spread outward to make dosa. Sprinkle ghee around it. Let it cook and turn it over cook on other side

Serve it
