Sweet Rice Roti (Sugarcane rice roti)

I love sugarcane juice. I read few article about it’s benefits. But with Lemon or ginger It taste divine. When I met one of my friend she made rice roti out of it. That was long time ago and I forgot to ask for the recipe. So I searched to the net and found the recipe. In most recipe the proposition for sugarcane juice to rice flour is 1:1 but I wanted to have less sweater version so I have used only 1/2. 


Ingredients:


Rice Flour – 1 Cup
Sugarcane Juice  – 1/2 Cup

Butter – 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt a pinch
Water – 1/2 Cup


Method:


Boil Sugarcane, Salt and butter together in thick bottom kada

When it boil add rice flour
and mix it well  without any lumps

switch it off
Take lemon size ball
Use your hand to spread out on plastic sheet

Heat flat tawa
Put roti and let it cook with little oil around it

Turn it over and cook again
