Ingredients:
Quinoa – 1/2 cup
Tahini (sesame seed) Paste – 3 teaspoon ( I used black Tahini)
Salt as required
Salad Spinach leaves – 1/4 cup
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 tablespoon
Method:
Cook Quinoa and let it cool down
Head the kada
Add 3 teaspoon of Tahini paste
When it is hot add cooked Quinoa and add salt if required
Fry for 2-3 mins add Salad Spinach leaves and roasted peanuts. Fry for 2-3 more mins
