Tomato Cream Cheese Macaroni

Macaroni! tell which kids don’t like it. My kids are mad about. This is always in the top of their choice. I also love it because making macaroni means less time in the kitchen. This pasta is one of their favorite for long time (which is surprising). This is one of our regular weekend dinner
Ingredients:


Macaroni – 2 cups
Tomato – 7-8
Onion – 1 (chopped finely)
black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Cream – 1 cup
Cheese – 1/2 cup ( I have used Cheddar cheese)
Salt per taste
Oil – 1 tablespoon

Method:


Cook macaroni per instruction on the cover. Keep it aside
Blanch the tomato and make puree

Heat the kada and add oil. When oil is hot add onion and fry till it is slight brown in color. Add tomato puree. Add tomato sauce, pepper powder and red chilli flakes. Fry for another 3-5 mins. Add cooked pasta. mix well. Add cream and mix well. Cook for another 3 mins. Add cheese. Mix the cheese and mix well. Cook it till cheese is melted. 

Serve hot

    I lovveee Macaroni so much, even getting slurping just by the looks of it,. never prepared it this way though, looks all tangy and spicy..
