Tomato Rice

This is my husband favourite variety rice. Recently We are using brown rice instead of white rice. According to us (everyone in the family) it enhances the taste of it. This is one dish where healthy option also tasty option! When you have time you can do Tomato Thokku and keep it in fridge when u need it take it and heat it up. Thokku can last for couple of months (of course with proper refrigeration)


Ingredients:



Tomato Thokku – 1-2 tablespoon
Cooked brown rice – 1 Cup


Method:


Spread the cooked rice in a broad vessel
Add Tomato Thokku to it and mix it well
