Ingredients:
Chopped Valaipoo – 2 cups
Pepper – 8
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Finely Chopped Onion – 2
Finely Chopped Tomato-2
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic – 3 (chop finely)
Ginger – 1 inch
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon
Method:
Heat oil in Kada
Add cumin seeds, pepper
Add ginger and Garlic fry for 2 mins
When it start to crackle add onion and fry for sometime till Onion is cooked
Add Toamato and fry till it is soft
Transfer this to mixie and let it cool off
Grind it to paste
Heat the kada and add 1 cup water
Add Valaipoo and fry with turmeric powder and salt and cook it for 20 mins
Add grinded paste, Chilli powder and coriander powder
Add Water till it beocme soup consistency and let it boil
Add chopped Coriander leaves to the soup
And serve hot
