Method:
- Heat a Pan. Add oil when oil is heated add mustard seeds
- After the mustard seed pops, add Urad Dhal, Red Chillies and Curry Leaves
- Add Onion and Fry for 2-3 mins
- Add the Chopped Valai Poo
- Stir fry everything. Add Salt and 1/4 cup water and cover the pan with a lid
- After 10 mins the valai poo will get cooked
- Add cooked Thuar Dhal. Mix well and serve hot as side dish to any rice
