Vegetarian Thai Raw Mango Salad – Raw Mango Salad – Mango recipe – Healthy Snack recipe – Healthy Starter recipe

I love Raw mango dishes. I also love roasted peanuts and the little sweetness in Thai salad. I do Thai Papaya salad more often. Now its the Raw mango season so I wanted to try Mango salad. There is a hawker center near our place where there is a Thai outlet and they sell really nice mango salad. They add bean sprouts in it. I was not sure whether my kids would like it so I skipped it. If you prefer to add pls. go ahead to add handful of it. I have referred to my papaya salad for sauce but made some adjustment like didn’t add lemon juice as mango itself is little sour etc.. Enjoy this quick salad for this summer

Ingredients:


Raw mango – 1 (remove the skin and grate it into lengthy strips)
Roasted Raw peanuts – 2 tablespoon
Onion – 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Salt to taste


For sauce


Soyasauce – 2 teaspoon
Honey – 3 teaspoons
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon (keep the stem)
Green chillies – 1
Garlic – 1 pod



Method:


Grind all ingredients under for sauce to smooth paste. Keep it aside

Crush the peanut and keep it aside. Grate mango and keep it in mixing vessel

Add all ingredients, Sauce and mix it well

refrigerate it for 10 mins. Serve chilled
