I love the unique taste of Whey water. Esp in soup. This recipe is very tasty and light. For this recipe I have grinded Bell peppers and tomatoes. It gives unique taste to the soup. Whey water is very nutritious, you can find more details here. Whenever you use the whey water for soup add less salt than using it for water.
Ingredients
Tomatoes – 2
Capsicum / Bell peppers – 1/2 cup ( I have used red and yellow ones)
Green chillies – 2
White onion – 1/2 (chopped finely)
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon ( adjust to your taste)
Salt to taste
Spring onion – 1/4 cup finely chopped
Oil – 1/2 teaspoon
Bean sprouts – 3/4 cups
Whey water – 4 cup
Method:
Heat the pan and add oil. when it is hot add onion and fry till transparent.
Grind the Tomatoes, green chillies, bell peppers and fried onion into smooth paste. Transfer this to pan and let it boil for 2 mins. Add bean sprouts. Mix well
Serve hot
