Ingredients:
Thuvar dhal – ½ cup
Red Chilli – 4 Nos
Garlic – 4 Pods
Grated Coconut – 2 tablespoon
Salt – per taste
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Method:
Dry fry the dhal in a kadai without oil till it turns light pink. Cool it.
In Same kada add oil when it is hot add garlic, coconut and red chilli fry for 2-4 mins. Add to fried dhal
Put it in a mixie. Add little water and grind to a coarse paste.
Serve with rice.
