Today we are going to see how to make “Kai kuthal arisi idli, dosa recipe”.
I enjoy experimenting with different types of idly and dosa recipes. When I tell my mother about the menu, she always asks if it’s regular idli or something different. Normally, we have Indian tiffin for dinner. When I plan my meals, I plan 2 days of wheat (1 day regular chapatti / roti, 1 day stuffed, 2 days of dosa (for rest of family) I do idli / idly for me), Idiyappam/rava dosa/ noodles / pasta / pani puri/ pav bhaji for the rest of the day) Even though my family says what they don’t like (of course at dinner table). I read a lot about the benefits of kai kuthal rice, so I ordered some as part of my monthly grocery shopping. Hence I have decided to show you all Kai kuthal Arisi recipe.
There are many Idli recipes in my blog including Green gram idli, corn, idli sandwich etc.. you can find whole list by visiting – https://kitchensrecipe.com/?s=idli
