I know fried Snacks are not so healthy but they tastes great! Having fried snacks once in a while with healthy stuffing is good. For me at least after fried snacks I don’t crave for snacks at least for next 10 days. I love Avocado. Whenever I visit Cheesecake factory in US avocado roll is a must. It is quite filling and tasty. I wanted to try this for quite sometime.. I had some left over store brought samosa sheet otherwise you can make the dough using this recipe. Try it out and do drop few words on how you like it
Ingredients:
Ripped Avocado – 1.5 (medium size. When mashed it yielded me 1.5 cups)
Salt to taste
Tomato – 1/2 (finely chopped)
Onion – 2 teaspoon
Jalapeno – 1 (finely chopped. If you like milder version you can add less)
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Samosa sheets – 7-8
Oil for deep frying
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Method
Remove the skin, Seeds from avocado. Mash it roughly. Add Tomato, onion, Jalapeno, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix it well. Keep it aside. Add 1 tablespoon of water to corn flour and mix it into thick paste
Defrost the Samosa sheets and place 1.5 teaspoon of avocado paste
Roll it as you see in the pic.
Heat the pan with oil. When the oil is hot place the rolled avocado roll. Fry it till all the sides are brown in color. Once done drain the extra oil and place it on the kitchen tissue paper to drain extra oil. Serve it hot
