Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 3/4 teaspoon
Onion – 1 (chopped finely)
Garlic – 5 pods
Tomato – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – 1 tablespoon

Method:

Shift maida with baking soda, baking powder and salt for few times. Take the flour in broader bowl and make a dent in the middle. Add Yogurt, warm milk, sugar in the dent. Now using your fingers bring together all the ingredients and make it soft dough. No need to knead so hard. Leave it for 3-4 hours. You can leave it for entire night. When you ready to make naan if the dough is sticky apply oil in your hands and knead gently.

Let’s do Masala. Cook Potato with salt. Add Soya chunks in boiling water and cook for 5 mins. Drain it and let it cool down. Squeeze the extra water and mash it with potato.
Heat oil 2 teaspoon add garlic and fry till slight brown. Add onion and fry till transparent.
Add tomatoes and fry till mussy.
Add mixed vegetable and let it cook. Add Potato, Meal maker mix.
Add all the masala powders (turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, Coriander powder, salt) mix well. And cook till desired consistency.Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Let it cool down. Make lemon size equal balls.
Take the Maida dough and take lemon size ball too. Take a lemon size ball and roll out into small disk. Place the stuffing

Cover all the sides as shown in pic. Roll out carefully

Heat the flat pan, drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of oil  and add rolled out naan Let it cook
Once cooked turn it over and cook again
