Ginger, Lemon grass tea without milk recipe – Simple tea recipe

I love to try different flavour tea. I have posted lemon grass ginger tea. I love the whole experience of making it. I normally make the tea with milk esp for the weekend tea time. Recently one of my office colleague brought home brewed tea to office. I really enjoyed it. It is without adding milk. So now days I almost do this every day.

Ingredients:


Tea leaves – 4 teaspoon
Lemon grass – 3 stalk
Ginger – 2 tablespoon (chopped)
Water – 3 cups
Sugar to taste



Method:


Remove the outer skin of Lemon grass and crush it. Add all the ingredients in a pot

Let it boil. I let it boil for 20 mins. Strain the tea. 

And enjoy it

    Hmm we are so addicted our old habits sometimes a change is so surprisingly good right! Tea looks so good with ginger and lemongrass.
