Mango Pudding – Simple pudding recipe – Summer recipes – Kids friendly recipes – Eggless pudding recipe

After the Mango milkshake my family was opening up for mango base recipe other than just eating it.. I wanted to take full advantage of it. I was craving for some chilled dessert. So I have decided to do mango pudding. This is so creamy and tasty. I bet you will not stop with one small bowl. I have to stop my kids from eating it as having too much mango stuff might be heaty. It is also Gelatin free to make it vegetarian
Ingredients
Mango – 2 ( I have used alphonso.)
Milk – 1 cup (I have used high calcium and low fat milk)
Condensed milk – 2 tablespoon ( I have used low fat one)
Agar Agar – 5 g
Water – 1 cup
Sugar as needed ( I didn’t use it)

Method:

Boil the agar agar stick in a 1 cup of water for 7 to 10 mins or till it is melted  Mash it well. Keep it aside. Peel the skin and cube the mango. Reserve 1 tablespoon of mango for decoration. Make a mango puree with 1/2 cup of milk.  Add rest of the milk, condensed milk and mix well. when the agar agar is warm add it to the mango puree. Pour them into serving bowl and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or till it is set.

Serve them chilled. While Serving add reserved mangoes
