I love coriander and mint. However till recently my family is not big fans of these chutneys. They love Peanut and Sesame seeds I tried peanut mint chutney and they loved it. So wanted to use cilantro / coriander leaves peanut chutney also. This is also big hit with them

Thick Tamarind paste – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Heat pan and add 2 teaspoons. When it is hot add ginger & garlic and fry till garlic is slight brown color. Add small onions, green chillies and fry till onion is cooked. Add cumin seeds and fry for another 1 mins.
Add chopped coriander, roasted peanut and fry for 2 mins. Switch it off and let it cool down.
When it is cooled down add sesame seeds, tamarind paste, salt and grind to smooth paste.
Heat the oil, when oil is hot add mustard seeds when it pops add urad dhal and curry leaves. Fry till urad dhal is brown in color. Add to the chutney and mix well
