AGILO OLIO PASTA RECIPE | AGILO OLIO RECIPE

Whenever I visit Swensens I always have this Agilo Olio that is pure vegetarian and with healthy choice. When my kids were small they love plain Spaghetti. This is very close to that but very flavorful because of the olive oil and loads of garlic in it. Sometime when I travel this food is my saviour. 
Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 1/2 pocket
Garlic – 15 pods (chopped into fine pieces)
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Mushroom – 1 cup (sliced. I have used button mushroom)
Red chili – 2 (or to taste)
Red chilli flake – 1/2 teaspoon (optional. Adjust to your spice level)



Method:


Cook Spaghetti as stated in instruction. Heat the pan. When it is hot add oil. When Oil is hot add Garlic and fry till it is crisp. No need to fry till brown. Add red chilli and mushroom and fry till mushroom is cooked. Add cooked Spaghetti and mix well. Add Red chilli flakes if using and mix well. Switch off the flame



Serve hot
