Bread! Most of the kids (for sure both of my kids) love it.. During my childhood bread is only when you are sick. Also we used to get only 2 types of bread, Sweet and salt. Today you get so many different types of bread. We can do many different varieties of food with it. This recipe is really very simple and with colorful vegetables and cheese it is very attractive for the kids. I have used raw bell peppers for this cup if you prefer little cooked one just cook it in microwave for 2 mins with required salt.
Ingredients
Mixed bell pepper – 1 cup (I have used green, red and yellow)
Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Bread – 6
Butter for toasting
Grated cheese as required – I have used 1 teaspoon per cup
Method:
Mix in Bell pepper, pepper powder, salt and coriander leaves.
Dip the bread in a water and take out immediately squeeze extra water. flatten it. Apply butter on one side. Apply non stick spray on a microwavable glass cup.

Place a tablespoon of Bell peppers. sprinkle the cheese. Heat it in microwave for a min
Serve hot
