Brownie Cheese cake recipe – Cheesecake brownie recipe – Cake recipes – baking Recipes – Eggless baking recipes

I wanted to try cake and cheesecake together (brownie Cheesecake), but every time my sons ask for oreo base cheesecake. This time, when my son asked for cheesecake for his birthday I told him whether he is open to trying a brownie base. He was oka with that. So I have baked brownie cheesecake. It came out so nice. he enjoyed every bite. I kind of like the combo. This is the first time I tried brownie and cheese together, and the combo turned out quite nice. I have followed my recipe for brownie and cheesecake.
Ingredients:

Brownie

 
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
Icing sugar – 3/4 cup
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
a generous pinch of salt
Oil – 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
buttermilk (I have used 1 cup milk +  2 teaspoons Vinegar) – 1 cup
Instant coffee – 2 teaspoons
Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature
 
Cheesecake
Cream cheese – 500g
Sour Cream – 250g
Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Sea Salt – a pinch
Corn Starch or Potato Starch – 2 tablespoons
Lemon Juice – 1/2 teaspoon
 
Chocolate ganache
Semi-sweet chocolate – 16g
Sugar – 2 tablespoons

 

Method:
 
Let’s do bake the brownie first. Sift all-purpose flour, coffee powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder together a couple of times until you get a uniform mixture of them.

Add vinegar to milk and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Whisk oil, sugar, and vanilla essence. Add buttermilk and whisk again until you get a uniform mixture.

 

Now fold in the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix very gently with a spatula or spoon.

Grease an 8″ baking tray and line up a parchment paper. Transfer the batter mixture into it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees or until mostly done.Cool it completely.
Let’s make cheesecake.
Make sure all ingredients under “Chocolate Ganache” are at room temperature. Add all the ingredients in the broad vessel. Using a hand-held beater or batter mixer, whip it until it is smooth.

Pour this over the brownie.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Cº and bake the case for 60 mins. Let it cool down in the oven for 10 mins. 
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and mix in sugar.

 Apply chocolate ganache on top of the cake. And refrigerate it for minimum 12 hours or more I did for entire night
