Condensed Milk cookies – Eggless Condensed milk cookies – Kids friendly snacks – Cookies Recipe – Snacks recipe

I had some condensed milk after swiss lime in the fridge. So I wanted to try some recipe with condensed milk. I remember I tried cookies some time ago but didn’t manage to take pics. Last time I tried with plain one this time I have decided to do with choco chip. Again I have used wheat flour and all-purpose flour mixed. If you want to try with wheat flour pls. go ahead. This is so crisp outside and chewy in the center. This can stay fresh for a week if you store it at airtight container

pinch of salt
Chocolate chips – 3 Tablespoons
Icing sugar – 2 tablespoon

Method:

In a bowl take butter, condensed milk & vanilla extract mix well.

Add flour, Chocolate chips, sugar and make a smooth dough

Preheat oven at 180 degrees C. Line baking tray with baking sheet.
roll the dough and make a cookie with the desired mold. Arrange it in the baking tray

Remove it and let it cool down. Store it in an airtight container
