Creamy Raspberries and Chia seeds shake

I love Chia Seeds easy way to get your protein boost for the day. I normally eat /drink it with water. My son loves Chia seeds too. I wanted to try out it in smoothie. I seldom buy Raspberries. This week when I was doing weekly groceries shopping I saw this lovely red fruit. And couldn’t stop my temptation to buy. This smoothie is very filling and perfect for morning breakfast shake
Ingredients:

Slim milk – 1.5 cups -2 
Raw cashews – 40g
Fresh or frozen raspberries – 1 cup
Chia seeds – 2 tablespoon
Sugar – 2 teaspoon (Optional)

Method:

Combine Chia Seeds, rasberries and Cashews blend till they are smooth. Then1/2 cup milk and run for another 1 min. Add rest of milk and sugar(if using) blend till smooth and creamy
Enjoy it chill
