My family is not fond of potatoes so I seldom do anything with potatoes. I have tasted honey chili potato at one of the Indo-Chinese restaurants when I went with my friends. One of my friends is fond of potatoes so when we went for lunch I have ordered this to try. She liked it. As usual, I cannot take more than a few pieces. This can go well with Hakka noodles or fried rice or even Jeera rice. I have posted a few variations in Jeera rice do check those recipes Almond Jeera, Cashew pepper jeera rice. This is definitely a good alternative to regular potato fry esp for anyone who likes Indo-Chinese fusion food.
