Spicy Roasted gram chutney (For Pongal, Idli, Dosa, Adai )

best recipes online

Recently my go tho chutney is this spicy roasted gram chutney. It is so simple yet goes well with idli/ dosa/ adai/ Pongal. Love the combination. If you don’t feel like cooking you can even skip the tempering. Even without tempering this tastes amazing.  This can be done in under 10 mins. This is perfect for even beginners. This is one of the simpler ones right after coconut chutney. Still coconut chutney tastes differ based on coconut being used. This one you can get a consistent taste every time
