Masala Canapes Chaat recipe

Canapes were an entirely new experience for me. It was initially presented to me at Raks place a time ago, and I’ve been looking for the canapes shell ever since. I finally ordered it during my most recent trip to India. The shell can be fried or warmed in the toaster or oven. I toasted it in a bread toaster for three minutes for this dish.

This chaat masala can also be used to make a bread sandwich. Canapes have a different flavour as compared to the standard masala India chaat with Papdi. Canapes, which are toasted rather than fried, can be used in place of Papdi in numerous chaats. It is also simple to prepare and can be completed in 20-30 minutes. You can also replace the “masala” with your favourite spice blend. In the coming weeks, I’ll be posting more recipes utilising canapés.

About Masala Canapes:

Masala canapés are a tasty and simple snack or appetiser. Canape shells, which can be obtained at many grocery stores or online, are required to make masala canapés. The shells are tiny and crunchy, making them an ideal foundation for any topping or filling.

To make the masala, mix boiling and mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies. Add some chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt to this mixture. After thoroughly combining all of the components, the masala is ready.

Fill the canape shells with a dollop of the masala mixture to make the masala canapés. You may also top the masala mixture with tamarind or mint chutney for extra flavour. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve your wonderful masala canapés.

Masala canapés are ideal for any occasion, from a gathering to a quick snack. They are simple to make and can be personalised with your favourite toppings or fillings.

Masala Canapes Chaat

Canapes is something totally new for me. I saw this first time in Raks place long time ago. Since then I was looking for canapes shell. I finally manage to order during my last India trip. Shell can be fried or heated in toaster or oven. For this recipe I did toast it  for 3 mins in bread toaster. The masala for this chaat can be used for bread sandwich too. Canapes gives different taste than regular masala India chaat with Papdi. You can replace Papdi with canapes in may of the chaats. This is healthier version as it is done with toasting not with frying. It is also so easy to do and you can make this under 20-30 mins.
