Whenever I have some Kanji or porridge I need some spicy pickle or Thogayal to go with it. I don’t prefer the store brought pickle. So I always try some quick and easy pickles at home. As much as possible make it with vegetables & make it spicy. I wanted to try chili pickle for quite some time. Finally, I had this Ooty chili and wanted to make a pickle out of it. I have added small onion to it you can replace it with garlic. I felt onion kind of balance the spiciness better
