This is yet another murukku recipe. During my visit to my cousin’s house she served me little cute looking murukku. After tasting it, I asked her as it tasted very different. She said it is made up of split yellow dal or pasi paruppu flour. My mum either make it with roasted gram dhal flour or urad dhal four. During my last visit I asked for Moong dal flour to be packed. So here you are with Moong dal murukku recipe.

Method:
Take broad vessel and add all the ingredients. Mix well. Add water little by little and make a soft dough.

Heat the oil in deep pan. When it is hot add slowly few pressed murukku. Fry them in medium flame till “shhhh” sound subside. Turning them few times.
Drain the oil and remove it from pan and place it on a kitchen tissue paper. Repeat the process till all the dough is done
