Pasta crisp recipe – Snacks

This is a very simple Pasta recipe that your kids would love it for tea time or after school snack. if you have uncooked pasta you can put together this one in no time. You don’t need any other special ingredients this can be done with common ingredients at home. I have made it by shallow frying pasta. You can deep fry it too. If you want to add more masala or flavour you can add garlic or curry leaves or both while frying 

Ingredients



Pasta shells – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Flour – 2 to 3 tablespoon



Method:

Cook pasta as per instruction on the pack

Once done strain it. Wash with cold water. Let it sit for 15 mins

Add flour mix well

Heat oil for shallow fry. Place pasta in a single layer. Fry till all sides are crisp. Remove it

Once all pasta is done add chili powder and chaat masala. Mix well
