Peanut Thogayal

Peanut is one of the most favourite item at our household. Whenever I do Mor kulambu I will do some thogayal to go with it. It is heavenly combination if you haven’t try you must. When I was talking about the menu with my helper my son overheard it. He was recommending to try peanut thogayal. I was bit hesitant. But my helper told me she used to do it and it is really nice. So I tried out.. It is perfect
Ingredients:
Roasted Peanut – 1 cup
Garlic Pods – 10
Dry red chillies – 5-9 (adjust to your spice I have used 7)
Salt per taste
Tamarind paste – 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

Grind Garlic and red chillies first. Add salt, Tamarind and run the mixie for another 10 sec. Add peanut and water and grind to coarse paste. It is ready to be served.. how easy it can be?
