Spinach avocado paratha – Spinach avocado Chapathi – Spinach avocado chapati – Spinach butter fruit paratha – Healthy dinner recipe

One of my friend passed me a lot of avocados. She has a avocado tree back home at Malaysia. I love creamy avocado. I have posted many avocado recipes in my space before. At first I just wanted to try paratha with avocado but my 2nd son is not a big fan of this amazing creamy fruit. So, to alter the taste of it I had added spinach. It came out so tasty and soft. Now I have one avocado dish which entire family loves!
Ingredients:


Spinach – 1 cup
Garlic – 5 pods (chipped finely)
Avocado – Cut into pieces – 1/2 cup to 3/4 cups
Salt to taste
Green chillies – 3-4 (adjust to your spice level)
Wheat flour – 3 cups
Oil to cook paratha + 1/2 teaspoon



Method:


Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry till slight brown. Add cut spinach, Green chillies and cook it. Switch it off. Peel the Avocado and take the flesh and chop it into rough chunks. When Spinach cool down grind it with Avocado and required salt

Take Wheat flour in a wide bowl. Add grinded paste. And make smooth dough. Keep it aside for 30 mins. 

Divide the 13-15 balls. Roll it into thin chapathi

Heat the pan and when it is hot put the rolled out chapati and sprinkle oil around it. Cook till brown spot appears. Turn it over and cook it on other side. 

Serve hot
