I always have sprouts in my fridge. It is so versatile and easy to use in any dish to add more nutrients. My kids wanted some snack and I had sprouts so decided to make pakora with it. It was very crispy and healthier too.
Ingredients
Sprouts – 1 cup
Besan flour / channa dal flour – 1/4 cup
Flatten rice / Aval – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1 (Chopped finely)
Cabbage – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Mint Leaves – 5 leaves (chopped leaves)
Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
Green chillies – 2 (chopped finely)
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and Soak flatten rice for 10 mins. Drain it. Grind it coarse paste with Sprouts, mint leaves, cumin seeds and green chillies.
Add salt, coriander leaves, Onion, Cabbage and Channa dal flour. Mix well
Heat the pan and add oil. Drop spoonful and let it cook
Drain the extra oil and leave it on kitchen tissue till extra oil is absorbed
Serve hot
