After posting few Naan recipes Kashmiri Naan, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan I wanted to try Tandoori roti. It is a healthier option than Naan because it is made with whole wheat flour. I have seen recipes with combination of wheat flour and all purpose flour. But I have decided to use only whole wheat. I was not sure it would be as good as Naan because I don’t use yeast and it is done on stove top. It came out pretty good. Kids loved it
