I have been using frozen peas for quite some time. After a long time this weekend, I have ordered fresh peas. My original plan was to add Peas samosa my son told me he doesn’t feel like having deep-fried stuff so decided to do a Cheesy bread sandwich.
For this recipe I prefer milk bread but if you prefer brown bread pls. go ahead. Stuffing is so simple to make and perfect for kids breakfast or after-school snacks. You can prepare the stuffing early & keep it too. You can make it with frozen peas too. Since I have used fresh peas it took a while to cook but store brought frozen peas wouldn’t require long cooking time. Adding coriander leaves is optional but it would give a nice flavor to the dish
