Millets are beneficial to one’s health. It is high in vitamins and minerals. This Kanji, in my opinion, provides a good alternative to bread and oats for breakfast or brunch. I like it better with buttermilk than milk. You can substitute boiled milk for the buttermilk if you prefer. This will keep you full for a long time. So it’s ideal for dieting days. I tried it with Kodo millet (Varagu) and Barnyard millet (Kuthiraivali). Varagu is used in this post.
