Vegetable Dosa

When I was browsing thro’ internet I saw this this recipe at Raks Place which immediately I fell in love with it. For the fact masala dosa without potato in it. My whole family is not into this potato thing (my kids even not a big on fries). It came out very nice. Thanks to Raks for sharing it. Ingredients:
Dosa Batter – 4 Cups


For Masala:

Cabbage, Carrot and Green Capsicum – 4 Cups
Salt per taste
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Cocunut – 2 tablespoon
Cashew Nuts – 6
Garlic – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Fennel Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1/2 Inch
Caradamon – 1 
Clove – 1

Method:

Grate Cabbage and Carrot (use bigger hole). Slice the Green Capsicum thin 1 inc piece

Dry roast Cocunut , Cashew Nuts,Garlic, Green Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Caradamon, Clove. Let it cool down and Grind to thick paste.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the carrots first for a minute or two in medium flame ,followed by cabbage and salt and fry for two minutes in low flame. Add Green Capsicum

Add the ground masala and mix well.Cook the vegetables with lids closed .Sprinkle water if needed. Masala should be a semi dry one.

Make thin dosa,drizzle little oil and keep the stuffing in the middle and fold

Serve Hot with any chutney
