Ladoo / Laddu is one of easy sweet you can make to offer god for any festival. this atta ladoo requires very little ghee. So this is one of healthier version. I made it with brown sugar. you can replace that normal white sugar. I have added chopped nuts and raisin you can add nut powder too. Ingredients


Atta flour / Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup (I have used raw sugar)
Cardamom – 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee – 1/4 cup or as required
Almonds, Cashew Nuts and Raisin – 2 teaspoon


Method:

Dry roast wheat flour till nice aroma released (for me I took about 6-7 mins in medium flame). Let it cool down

Powder the sugar. Heat the 1 teaspoon of ghee and add raisin and chopped Cashew nuts and fry till brown color. Keep it aside. 

Take a broader vessel and add roasted flour, sugar, cardamom powder, Nuts/ raisin. Add Ghee little by little till you can hold the flour and make nice ladoo. 

Take small portions and make ladoos of desired shape. Now it is ready for Naivedyam / neivedhyam

Store it in air tight container and enjoy
