Tell me which kid doesn’t like noodle (that too crispy noodle) and all the sauces tomato, chilli etc.. This dish combines all these kids friendly ingredients. It is really good after school snack

Vinegar (white) – 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce – 2.5 tablespoon

Method

Mix all the sauces in a bowl. Keep it aside

Heat 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil in the pan and add roughly broken noodles. Keep frying till the color changes. (What I did is as the color changes I kept removing those portion of noodles from the kada till all are done)

Remove it and keep it aside. Now add a teaspoon of oil and add all the vegetables and fry them for a min. Add All the sauce mix well. Let it boil for a min. Now add fried noodles and mix well. Fry in high flame for a min. Make sure all the noodles are coated with sauce. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
