I wanted to try this mini uttapam for quite some time. However, my family is a big fan of crispy dosa. My husband & I love small onion uttapam Love the version from Murugan idli Kadai. So if we want to do uthappam I end up doing small onion uttapam. I left with a dosa batter which is not enough for everyone. So I decide to some umpa and this mini uttapam. I decided to try Peas, Cashew, Carrot, corn, onion, tomatoes & capsicum. Also, I wanted to make a simpler version so you just have to grate, chop & use it. Since I have used 7 diff stuffing I call this 7 taste uttappam
