Palm jaggery/Karuppatti tea

By now you know I am a big tea person. Love to try variations in my tea. Karuppatti helps to maintain hemoglobin in the blood. I love the taste of ginger so I have added ginger while boiling tea you can just do cardamom. Evening around 4 I like to hot tea or any drink. Even though I can take almost any variation I love it with less milk or no milk (no milk is my most favorite) This perfect way to quench your tea/coffee cravings. Back in India, you get different mix of Karupatti like pepper, ginger etc.. all will work for this
