I wanted to make salad for today dinner. I wanted to try out Pasta salad. It came out pretty good. This is quite filling and had balanced nutrition
Ingredients:
Cooked Black Beans – 1 Cup
Cooked Pasta – 1 Cup ( I have used spiral buckwheat pasta)
Avocado – 1 slice it
Carrot – 1/2 Cup Diced small pieces
Pepper – 4 teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
Salt as required
Method:
Mix Lemon Juice, Salt and pepper and mix it well
Add Cooked Beans, Avocado, Pasta and Carrot and mix it well. Serve hot/cold
