Soya Chaap is totally new to me. I was looking for high protein options for vegetarians / vegans. I normally do Tofu / Tempeh but my friend mentioned about Soya Chaap I have decided to check out. Coincidentally I went to India and I have ordered to try out. When I first opened the container I was like this looks exactly like chicken wings. Looking at the texture I thought it would taste similar to mock meat that we used to get in Singapore.
