Tarkari Palav recipe

Tarkari pulao is a popular dish in Karnataka. Tarkari pulav masala is a delicious and flavorful dish. Mint and coriander leaves are ground with the masala. This rice is flavoured with freshly ground masala. I enjoy experimenting with different flavoured rice, especially on weekends when one pot meals are ideal for a lazy day. Even though I prefer sona masuri rice, my sons prefer bastmati, so I use bastmati in the majority of my one-pot meals. This rice will taste better with Sona masuri, so give it a try and let us know what you think.

If you’re short on time and looking for a quick recipe, look no further! It takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish! A simple raita will complement this.
