Schezwan Dahi Poori Recipe

I have tried this chaat at kailash parbat. However, we don’t order everytime as only me and my first son are big fan of spicy food. Other day I made schezwan sauce for making schezwan fried rice. I had some left over sauce. When I was looking to do some evening snack I remembered this chaat. I have added more curd for my hubby and 2nd son to reduce the spiciness. So adjust the schezwan sauce according to your spiciness
Ingredients
(for 12 – 14 puris)
Pani puris – 12-14
Onion – 2 tablespoon
Cooked sprouts – 1/4 cup
Cooked Potato – 1 (medium size. Cook and slice it)
Yogurt – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 -4 teaspoon (adjust to spice level)
Schezwan sauce – 4 – 6 tablespoon
Sev – 3-4 tablespoon
Coriander leaves –  1 tablespoon
Carrot – 3 tablespoon
Salt to taste



Method:


Mix yogurt with sugar and pinch of salt. Keep it aside

break the puri and put everything else except yougurt and Sev. Now add yogurt and sprinkle coriander leaves, Sev.
