Tofu spring roll is a quick and easy snack made with store-bought spring roll / Samosa sheets. I was looking for something to eat for a Sunday evening snack. I still had a couple papers in the fridge. This is a tofu-based meal, but you may substitute paneer for the tofu. Make sure the tofu is firm.
This is a surefire crowd pleaser. The entire thing can be made in 30 minutes. The stuffing can also be used to make a sandwich. So you may create a larger amount of stuffing and use it as an evening snack one day and as bread filling the next.

Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon (Adjust to spice level)
Chili sauce – 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Spring onion – 2 tablespoons

Samosa sheets – 7-9

Step by step instruction to make Tofu Spring Roll
Step 1: Heat 2 teaspoons of oil. Add Onion and bit of salt. Fry till transparent. Remove it Heat rest of oil. Add rest of vegetables, tofu, salt and mix well. continue to cook for 3-5 mins in medium flame.
Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, pepper powder, sugar, and spring onion. mix well. Once done add fried onion and mix well. Now stuffing ready.
Take the frozen samosa sheet. Bring it to room temp. Keep the stuffing and roll it like in video and make spring roll. Keep it aside.
Heat oil. Place the spring roll carefully and fry at medium flame till all sides are brown. Strain the extra oil and place it in kitchen tissue till you serve it.
