I wanted simple South Indian style Mixed vegetable biryani. One day, one of my friend brought some mixed vegetable rice. I told her that her veg biryani is nice. Then she commented it is brinji instead. Initially I thought I didn’t hear full then she said it again. Later I have asked her for recipe. She send it to me. I have misplaced it. Then I saw post in Raks Kitchen. It was too tempting. I kind of like the coconut flavour in it. So decided to do it with coconut. I have referred the recipe from Kannama cooks.
